Many people suffer from depression at some point in their lives. For some it is more of an on-going life issue.

Depression is far more common than most people think.
Recognising the signs of depression and talking to a therapist is the first step to working through and getting past the fog and despair.

Depression has many different symptoms both physical & emotional. Some of the main symptoms are persistent sadness or low mood often with sleep issues, loss of appetite, tiredness and difficulty in making decisions. There is often a feeling of “what’s the point” with negative feelings and sometimes suicidal thoughts.

Depression is not something you can ‘snap out of’ or ‘pull yourself together’ and many people find this expectation from those who do not understand it incredibly challenging.

Do you experience one or more of the following:

  • Difficulty concentrating, remembering details, and making decisions
  • Low mood
  • Fatigue and decreased energy
  • Feelings of guilt, worthlessness and / or helplessness
  • Feelings of hopelessness and / or pessimism
  • Lack of motivation
  • Insomnia, early-morning wakefulness, or excessive sleeping
  • Irritability, restlessness
  • Loss of interest in activities or hobbies once pleasurable, including sex
  • Overeating or appetite loss
  • Social withdrawal
  • Persistent aches or pains, headaches, cramps, or digestive problems that do not ease even with treatment
  • Persistent sad, anxious, or “empty” feelings
  • Thoughts of suicide, suicide attempts

It’s important to remember that this is not an exhaustive list, and depression affects everyone differently.

Intuitive Core healing views depression literally as depressed or suppressed energy. It is a build up of suppressed/depressed feelings that have felt overwhelming or uncomfortable at the time and have been pushed down. It can often be inherited sometimes from several generations before you.

The way to transform depression is to clear the origin of the blocked and suppressed energy. Intuitive Core Healing will help you to find the core, root cause of the feelings and release them.

This is a way of gently but clearly identifying, clearing & transforming the core energy rather than just treating & the symptoms. With Natalie’s support and tailored techniques for you, this can be easier than you might imagine and her individual approach can create lasting effects quickly.

There are however often several different areas that will need working on and transforming as we unravel this build up of energy.

” After my relationship ended I lost hope and started to feel suicidal. I had one session with Natalie and she helped me clear those feelings. I left feeling lighter and positive again. Thank you. ” Jenny, Berkshire.
